QR-Patrol's built-in AI Assistant takes plain-language questions about incidents, guards, sites, checkpoints and users, and returns answers or tables you can export. It can also make changes: create, edit or remove users, clients, sites, checkpoints and patrol schedules, or send messages to guards. It works on one record at a time and treats each request independently, without chat history.
For more than that, QR-Patrol connects to compatible versions of Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini through the Model Context Protocol (MCP). In that mode the conversation keeps its context and bulk or multi-step actions are supported. QR-Patrol says access is currently open to all users regardless of subscription, for a limited time. It has also announced Tái, an in-house agent for multi-step and scheduled tasks, as a coming-soon Lab feature.
Patrol Tech's AI agent works from WhatsApp, Telegram, Slack or Microsoft Teams, plus other integrations. It answers questions and takes actions: it reviews rounds not completed and suspicious scans, goes through patrol history with you, creates and edits checkpoints and officers, and reconfigures routes. It is included from the free plan, switched on by default, and replies in the user's language. To start, message Patrol Tech's WhatsApp or Telegram at +34 624 085 772: if you do not have an account yet, the assistant creates and configures it with you in the conversation. In Slack or Teams, the organization's admin enables it. Patrol Tech also offers MCP access, so the account can be run from Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini as well. Its AI that chases missed clock-ins and flags incorrect scans, incomplete routes and operational deviations is generally available, with public model cards on guardtourai.com and human review of every AI alert. Both assistants can change records and both speak MCP; the difference is where else your team uses it and whether it stays on the plan you pay for.
