Caveats
  • Far narrower than GuardMetrics outside patrol: no time and attendance, no visitor management, no PSIM integration
  • No community or neighborhood-watch product
  • No man-down detection and no facial verification of the officer, and neither is on the 2026 roadmap
  • Bluetooth beacons are a Q4 2026 item — today checkpoints are QR or NFC only
  • SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 are in progress, not certified today
  • No published US phone support line

  • Offline operation is not advertised on the site — worth asking directly if your sites lose signal
  • Breadth cuts both ways: more modules to configure and to pay for than a single-site operator needs
